HY211 anti-friction repair agent coating has low friction coefficient and self-lubrication, which can eliminate the phenomenon of creep. It is used for the repair of worn and scratched parts of machine tool guide rails, cylinder blocks, piston rods, bushings, etc.
Instructions
1. Surface treatment: Grind and roughen the surface to be repaired to a depth of more than 1mm and then clean it with HY755 cleaning agent or acetone. The surface to be trimmed must be clean, free of water and oil.
2 Mixing: Weigh components A and B according to the specified weight ratio, and mix them thoroughly to make the color completely consistent.
3 Coating: Use a rubber knife to apply the matched steel repair agent to the surface to be repaired. You can apply a small amount first, press it repeatedly with a rubber knife, and then apply the remaining repair agent after fully infiltrating, leaving a margin for processing.
4. Curing: After curing at room temperature for 12 hours, all kinds of mechanical processing can be carried out. When the ambient temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the curing time can be appropriately extended. Holding at 80℃ for 3 hours can shorten the curing time and obtain better coating properties.
