HY 642 Thread-locking Adhesives

This product is a one-component, anaerobic adhesive, which depends on contact with air to maintain a liquid state. Under hypoxia conditions, it can quickly cure at room temperature. It has low toxicity, excellent oil resistance, shock resistance and sealing performance. After dismantling, the original performance of the machine parts will not be affected, and the bolts can be used repeatedly. Mainly used for bolt locking, sealing and rust prevention.

Remark: Measured after curing for 1 day at temperature 25°C and 50% relative humidity.

HY622: Low strength, suitable for tightening and sealing of M2~M12 threaded parts. It can be removed with a screwdriver.

HY642: Medium-strength, general-purpose type, suitable for tightening and sealing of M6~M20 threaded parts. It can be disassembled manually.

HY662: High strength, good chemical resistance. Used for tightening and sealing of threaded parts below M26. It can be disassembled manually.

HY672: Ultra-high strength, anti-shock and anti-vibration, used for permanent locking of threaded parts below M26. Heating disassembly.

HY677: Ultra-high strength, high viscosity, used for permanent locking and sealing of threads below M36. Heating disassembly.

HY690: High permeability, fast curing, used for locking and sealing of assembled M2~M12 threads. It can also seal weld seams, casting holes and shrinkage porosity.
