HY825 emergency repair agent can be positioned within 15 minutes, which is used for emergency repair of cracks, perforations, corrosion and leakages in pipeline boxes. Permanent reinforcement can be performed on the site after emergency plugging.
operating process
1. Use a knife, sandpaper, grinding wheel, etc. to polish the rust and paint on the repaired part.
2. When the pressure is lower than 3 atmospheres, use PS glue stick or wooden plug to stop the leakage first.
3. Clean the polished part with HY755 cleaning agent.
A: Coat it with HN828 and HY825 emergency repair agent, and then stick it with glass wool cloth to strengthen it.
For wet conditions or underwater repair, use HY826 wet surface repair agent.
