High Temperature Adhesive for Powder Spraying
HY560 high temperature powder spray sealant is a single-component modified resin sealant, which does not contain solvents, is anti-pollution after curing, is green and environmentally friendly, and has excellent heat resistance and anti-aging capabilities. It is suitable for welding and seam sealing of automobile bodies, high-speed rail train carriages, ships, general equipment, etc., and is heated and cured together with powder spray.

Used for weld sealing of carriages of automobiles, high-speed trains, etc., and weld sealing of general mechanical equipment and parts, etc.

Curing mechanism
HY560 high temperature powder spray sealant is cured by heating. The higher the temperature, the faster the curing; the general heating temperature is 180~230℃, and the time is about 10~30 minutes. Customers can determine it according to the actual operation process.
