One-component silicone rubber sealant, referred to as RTV-1 sealant, has the advantages of no solvent, no isocyanate, anti-pollution after curing, green environmental protection, excellent heat resistance and anti-aging ability. It is suitable for sealing of mechanical equipment and electronic components. This product complies with environmental protection requirements, does not contain harmful substances in GB18583 "Limitations of Hazardous Substances in Adhesives for Interior Decoration Materials", and complies with EU ROHS and REACH environmental protection standards.

Product Features
1. Solvent-free, PVC-free, isocyanate-free, non-toxic, neutral and environmentally friendly.
2. The surface is not paintable, but it is compatible with most industrial paints. Glue is applied after the spray paint surface dries.
3. Excellent thixotropy and extrudability, wide applicable temperature range.
4. No primer is required, and it has excellent bonding properties to most metals such as aluminum, painted steel plates, and PVC, ABS, and polyester materials.
5. Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, superior tensile and compression resilience.
Main applications
1. It is suitable for the sealing and bonding of various electronic components, high-voltage switches, and household appliances; HY583 dealcoholized glue has no corrosion to polycarbonate (PC), copper and other materials.
2. It is used to seal the gaps in the carriages of automobiles, trains and high-speed railways, seal the joints of ventilation
ducts, bond and seal the floor system, and bond and seal the roof.
3. It can also be used to seal the seams of elevator cars, containers, ships, and mechanical ventilation equipment.
Curing mechanism A solid silicone rubber sealant is a moisture-absorbing curing adhesive. Once the gel is unsealed, the gel absorbs moisture in the air and gradually solidifies from the surface of the gel to the deep layer to become an elastomer. The higher the temperature and the higher the humidity, the faster the curing; the curing speed would be slower in the low temperature and low humidity environment
