Product Description

This product is a two-component flexible acrylate adhesive with high bonding strength and good media resistance. Suitable for self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of materials such as metal, glass, ceramics, hard rubber, cement, plastic, wood, carbonate, polystyrene, etc.

Product Features and Applications

The adhesive layer has good toughness, low stress on the glued parts, and excellent overall performance. It can be widely used in equipment assembly and maintenance in metallurgy, machinery, electric power, petrochemical, railway, automobile, instrumentation and other industries.

Main physical and mechanical properties

1. Appearance color: A component is blue; B component is red.

2. Weight ratio: A:B=1:1.

3. Positioning time: 10±5 minutes at 25℃.

4. Full curing time: 24 hours at 25°C.

5. Shear strength: 12~18Mpa (7 days at room temperature, steel-steel).

Instructions

1. Surface treatment: Wipe the sizing surface until it is free of rust, water, and oil. Those with severe rust must be polished.

2. Mixing: Weigh A and B components according to the specified weight ratio and mix them thoroughly to make the color completely consistent.

3. Coating: Spread the mixed glue evenly on the surface to be glued, align and close the glue.

4. Curing: it can be put into use after curing for the specified time. When the ambient temperature is lower than 15°C, the curing time can be extended appropriately.

Insulation at 80°C for 3 hours can shorten the curing time and obtain the best coating performance.
