HY938Half flowing-seal fixing modified silane sealants

Product Features
1.No solvent, no PVC, no isocyanate, non-toxic, odorless, non-polluting, neutral and environmentally friendly.
2.The surface has good paintability and is compatible with most paints. After the surface is dry, it can be sprayed without affecting the curing speed.
3.Excellent thixotropy and extrudability, suitable for wide temperature range.
4. No primer is required, and it has excellent adhesion to metals, electrophoretic steel, ABS, PC and other materials.
5. Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, excellent tensile and compression recovery.
Curing mechanism
A solid bonding sealant, the curing method is formed by the hydrolysis of silane and moisture in the air and then condensation, which belongs to the moisture-absorbing curing glue. Once the colloid is opened, the colloid absorbs the moisture in the air, gradually solidifies from the colloid surface to the deep layer, and becomes an elastomer. The higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the cure; the slower the cure at low temperature and low humidity.

The product can be resistant to fresh water, sewage, waste water, calcium carbonate aqueous solution, detergent, low acid, corrosive aqueous solution, etc. for a long time, mineral oil, vegetable oil, fat, fuel, etc.

Instructions
1. The bonding surface should be free of oil stains, dust, impurities, etc.;
2. Cut the sizing nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements;
3. Cut off the sealant seal, install the glue nozzle, and put it into the glue gun;
4. Apply the sealant evenly on the joints, and the thinnest part is greater than 1mm; when using a pneumatic gun, the air pressure should be controlled at 0.2~0.4Mpa;
5. After the product is dry, it can be trimmed by traditional methods to remove excess glue.
Precautions
1.Avoid construction in an environment below 5℃ and humidity less than 20%
2.The pneumatic pressure is strictly prohibited to exceed 0.5 Mpa. When it exceeds, the gas will enter the hard packaging tube, causing the problem of colloidal bubbles.
1.Since the coating contains high solvent content, the surface of the glue will become soft. In order to obtain the best appearance and performance, the glue should be colored after curing for 24 hours.
